It's All About The Duck!

In listening to all the creation/origin/myths in class the one trend seemed to fall upon the feathers of ducks!  If not a duck, then certainly a turtle, floods, a bear, or a coyote.  Or in the above case when Iphimedeia had fallen in love with Poseidon.  Everyone that stood in front of class and told their myths did not use technology or tools....all were told either from memorization of a text or from the memorization of stories told to them or that they experienced from others.  I imagine such was the case of Sophocles, Aeschylus, or Homer.  And so we continue with "In Illo Tempore."
